Play Museum
An interactive museum that invites kids to play, touch, and explore.
The Highlights Please Play Museum invites kids to play, touch, explore, and immerse themselves in a world of creativity and imagination. There will be permanent and rotating exhibits designed to be fun for the whole family. Exhibits will range in topics including science, engineering, art, and more.
The Highlights Please Play Museum reinforces our mission of inspiring children to reach their full potential through learning, play, and creativity by encouraging kids to be curious and learn something new while having fun.

Rather than feeling like a typical museum with exhibits, each room at the Highlights Please Play Museum will be like stepping into another world. Each room will have a theme that includes a fully immersive set-design, as well as interactive activities to engage with.

A mini–Highlights Lightning Shop will be located inside of the Museum. The Highlights Creative Challenge finals will take place at the Museum.

Highlights Firefly Shop
An immersive retail space stocked with art supplies, games, toys, and other creative activities.
A unique shop and play hybrid experience where families can go to have fun together. The space will be filled with a set of rotating interactive elements (think: slime making station or fort building corner), where families can go to get inspired and bring some new games, crafts, or other activities home as well.

Highlights Skytop Ropes Course
A ropes course with individual and team challenges for kids of all ages.
The Highlights Skytop Ropes Course is a continuous trail of zip lines, sky bridges, obstacles, and platforms suspended in the tree canopy. It’s a good challenge both physically and mentally and allows for both individuals and groups to work together to make it from the beginning to the end of the trail. There are trails for all ages and skill levels, so there is something for everyone to try.
The Highlights Skytop Ropes Course reinforces our mission of inspiring children to reach their full potential through learning, play, and creativity by providing an environment where kids can think on their feet and build confidence by overcoming physical and mental challenges, all while having fun.

An overnight relay challenge to raise money and awareness for educational non-profits.
An overnight relay challenge where kids camp out with family and friends in the middle of a large field track, participate in the relay, and enjoy music, games, food, and more, all in the name of raising money and awareness for non-profits supporting art, science, and creative programs in schools.
The Highlights Light Up the Night Relay reinforces our mission of inspiring children to reach their full potential through learning, play, and creativity by supporting organizations that help keep creative programs in schools up and running.

Highlights Brain Strain Game
A game where players are asked to solve creative problems and vote on the best solutions.
A deck of cards provides prompts for all different types of creative problems that need to be solved by the players. Each player writes down their answer and the group must vote on the best solution. The winner of that round keeps the card and gets a point. The player with the greatest number of points at the end wins.
